Please carefully read all the terms and conditions of this contract detailed below before booking a Shooting with Instawalk.
1. ABOUT INSTAWALK
On my private photoshoot session, i will take the photos with my professional camera and email them to you within 2-3 days after the photoshoot.
Duration of the tours: 1:30 hours.
My Photoshoot session is open to everyone, I don't discriminate nobody.
2. TOUR MODIFICATIONS OR CANCELLATIONS
The start time of my shooting can be modified.
All cancellations or modifications you wish to make have to be made via email to
contact@instawalk.it
You can cancel or change date free of charge up to 24 hours before the tour starts.
If you do not show up on the date and time booked, the amount paid will not be refunded and you will not be able to change the date.
3. LIABILITY WAIVER
Read carefully, this affects your legal rights. You (the party agreeing to these terms by reserving, purchasing, and/or participating in the photoshoot) hereby waive any and all claims you may have now and in the future, and release from all liability and agree not to sue Instawalk for any personal injury, death, property damage, or loss sustained by you as a result of my participation in the walking photoshoot session due to any cause whatsoever, including without limitation, negligence on the part of Instawalk, its staff, tour partners, or other participants, or death or injury as a result of war, civil unrest or epidemic. You further agree that if you violate this agreement and attempt to bring suit against any part of parties named herein, that you will be held responsible for attorney’s fees and any costs incurred by that person in defending such action. You acknowledge that you can fully participate in this activity. You are fully aware of risks and hazards connected with the activity, and you voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks of loss, property damage, or personal injury, including death, that may be sustained by you, or any loss or damage to property owned by you, as a result of being engaged in such an activity. You may aware that the tour, in addition to the usual dangers and risks inherent, has certain additional dangers and risks, some of which include: physical exertion for which you may not be prepared and weather extremes subject to sudden and unexpected change. You accept all the inherent risks of the proposed tour and the possibility of personal injury, death or property damage or loss resulting there from. You acknowledge that the enjoyment and excitement of the proposed form of tour is derived in part from the inherent risks incurred by travel and activity beyond the accepted safety of life at home or work, and these inherent risks contribute to such enjoyment and excitement, being a reason for your participation. You understand that Instawalk will not be responsible for any medical costs associated with an injury you may sustain. You also understand that you am responsible for any damage you cause to the employees. Further, you agree at all times during the tour, to abide by and comply with any additional instructions given by your tour guide or any other Instawalk staff and you accept that non-compliance may result in injury, death or permanent disability. As a participant on the tour, you accept full responsibility for your behavior, well-being, and health throughout the tour, which may involve a variety of activities, unfamiliar locations, and modes of travel. You further hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the releases from any loss, liability, damage or costs, including court costs and attorney’s fees, that may incur due to your participation in said activity, or not, whether caused by negligence of Instawalk or otherwise. In agreeing to this Waiver and Release, you are not relying on any oral, written nor visual representations or statements by Instawalk or its staff or any other inducement or coercion to go on the tour. You confirm that, by your own free will, you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions of our tours and agree that this Waiver and Release will be binding upon your heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators and successors.
You agree to grant the sponsors of this tour to a worldwide, free license to use your photographic, video, or digital likeness solely for promotional, educational, and/or commercial purposes.
By booking one of our tours, you affirm that you have fully understood and agree to these Terms and Conditions, Waiver and Release of Liability.
